through the U.S. Foreign Claims Act Victim: Two Male Adults Description
from the Claims Report: “[…] 5. Facts: Claimants alleges that CF [Coalition
Forces] shot and killed his son. “6. Opinion: After conducting investigation into the
fact of this case, TF 1-15 was in the area of the residence. The TF was
attacked by SAF in that area. The patrol returned fire[,] killing three AIF
and arresting two other AIF. “7. Recommended Action: I recommend that the claims
be denied for the above mentioned reason. […] “[Testimony by the claimant:] In the date [sic]
mention [sic] my son went to the house by side us [sic] to visit him[. A]t
that time we heard big voice [noise] because we live near the main road and
we recognized it. [I]t was the American forces cars. [A]fter that we heard a
loud voice shouting in the house beside ours. “So we went there and we found our son [redacted]
was killed with our neibor [sic] son in their house. Later on we knows [sic]
